Reviews and Ratings
I loved the huge corner location of the hotel with two balconies offering stunning city views, but being close to the rubbish collection area was a downside. The rooms needed brighter colors to lift the atmosphere, and although the coffee wasn't refilled in the mornings, the overall experience was reasonable.
The hotel turned out to offer a great stay. The rooms, albeit not ready on time, overlooking the rooftop pool were an upgrade, providing all the facilities we required for our 2-night stay. The service was exceptionally outstanding, making us feel like royalty. The location was good, with a view of the city and Sky Needle, though needing a little attention to detail in certain areas. The dining was a treat with a variety catering to all dietary needs, offering both raw and cooked food options. Overall, a nice spot for a short stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were cozy and inviting, especially being on a higher floor in the tower building with a lovely balcony. The kitchenette was super convenient with all the essential appliances. The service, although a little slow due to a long line at check-in, turned out great thanks to a helpful staff member named Pawanish who went above and beyond to assist me. The location offered a lovely view and was perfect for evening outings, even though the coffee area could use some improvement. Dining in the atrium was a delightful experience, and the hotel's facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were comfortable and had some useful amenities like a fridge and kettle, the outdated bathroom setup was a bit of a letdown. The service was excellent, with friendly and efficient staff ready to assist every step of the way. The location was superb, close to key attractions and amenities. Dining options were satisfactory but nothing extraordinary. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel was beautiful and very clean but the room was not ready at check-in at 2 pm; had to wait till 4 pm. The room was gloomy and lacked seating with a small couch and coffee table in Auckland.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, while a bit dated, was very clean and acceptable, offering a beautiful view over the harbor. However, there was an unpleasant lingering curry smell from previous guests. On the bright side, the room even had a small kitchen with an oven and microwave, which was handy.
Staying at this hotel was very convenient as everything was handy, with an onsite restaurant and essential amenities. The view over the international space lacked natural light, but the heritage apartment was lovely. The only drawback was the high prices of the mini-bar items.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant surprise with spacious and immaculate rooms that exceeded my expectations. The service was absolutely wonderful, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The central location made exploring the city easy, although there were minor issues like a shortage of towels in the morning. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering basic options, and the facilities were fantastic with great features.
The hotel had a few drawbacks like strong paint fumes and a musty smell in the rooms, but the service made me feel like royalty. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and the dining options offered a good variety for different dietary needs.
The hotel was a bit inconvenient as I had to wait until 3.10 pm for the room to be available, which took an extra 40 minutes. On the bright side, the room had a small kitchen with an oven, stove, and even a washing machine.
